$44,188 to $65,145 (depending on qualifications and prior law enforcement experience)

Residency Requirements
Lenexa Police Officers are required to reside within a 30-minute response time to the Lenexa Police Station, 12500 W. 87th St. Pkwy., Lenexa, KS 66215.
Schedule
Uniform patrol consists of three teams working a nine-hour schedule:
Day shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Night shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
By working nine-hour shifts, each officer has a three-day weekend every other week. The ninth hour of each shift is reserved for reports, additional training and/or physical fitness training.
