Strategic Plan

Every five years, we participate in a formal planning process to provide focus and clarity in our pursuit of excellence. In November 2015, we invited external stakeholders to give us feedback about community priorities and expectations, areas of concern, positive feedback, and other thoughts. We used that feedback to guide our internal stakeholder work session and establish initiatives for the next five years.
