Last year for Ad Astra
We are finalizing the city’s aquatics master plan, and no final decision has been made yet about the future construction of aquatics facilities. But Ad Astra Pool will close permanently after the 2019 summer season due to its poor condition, low attendance, large size, lack of amenities and close proximity to Indian Trails Aquatic Center. The city will seek input from neighborhoods and stakeholders for repurposing the pool site at Ad Astra Park in the future.
