Rec Center Rentals - Entire Facility

The Lenexa Rec Center is a fun rental venue for team gatherings, school lock-ins and private meetings for corporate groups. We have a variety of flexible spaces and amenities to help make your next event a success.

Renting the entire facility includes the lobby, three party rooms, the Activity Gym, Rec Room, two basketball courts, pool access, and all floor space on the first and second floors (other than Kid Zone and Group X fitness studios).

Sat / Sun: 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Rental rates

Rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs, technology, amenities and on-site concierge. Damage deposit is an additional $150.

Lenexa Rec Center X Pass members get a 10% discount.

Nonprofit rates are not available.

How to rent

We recommend reserving space at least one month prior to your intended rental date. Booking an event rental requires an advance deposit.

Outside food and drink are allowed in the lobby, party rooms and Rec Room spaces.

No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
