Lindsey S.

Lindsey is an International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer. Lindsey’s fitness journey started with working out at home. The gym was too intimidating. "What if I do something to embarrass myself? What if I look like I don’t know what I am doing? Why am I even worrying about this?" This inspired Lindsey to dive into fitness and help others get past these barriers in our own heads. Lindsey also believes that building strength and confidence while being active, helps us all be stronger and more confident outside of the gym and translates so much into our daily life.

Outside of the gym Lindsey loves baking, cooking, spending time with her two kids, exploring around KC, and learning about different cultures.
