Zero Zero Handmade Pasta offers fresh pasta in assorted shapes and flavors, as well as sauces to complement them.
During a visit to Italy, Founder/Owner Mitch Fagan was inspired by the simplicity of pasta dishes made with quality ingredients. He and partner Leah created Zero Zero to blend traditional pasta-making with Kansas City's finest local ingredients. The flour they use is milled locally by Marion Milling, and their vegetables are from Urbavore Urban Farm.
