Lori (Ree Ree) VanDamme is the owner of Ree Ree’s Krunchies, a freeze-dried candy and produce vendor at the Lenexa Farmers Market.
Lori started freeze drying fruits and vegetables for her family. Then she began exploring freeze-dried candies and ways to start a business. Through trial and error, Lori figured out what really works for each kind of snack.
She makes sure her products are high quality and done right. Some products take up to two days in the freeze dryer to be perfected.
