Break a sweat and build strength alongside Lenexa police officers for a one-hour workout led by a local strength and conditioning specialist. Work Out With Lenexa Police offers a unique blend of fitness and fun, pairing participants with police officers for dynamic workout sessions.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this program tailors exercises to suit all fitness levels, focusing on functional fitness, strength training and cardio.

Interested participants must be at least 18 years old and give consent for a minimal background check to be completed.
