Hailing from Kansas City, Grand Marquis boasts an impressive legacy spanning 23 years, during which they've dazzled audiences across the United States with over 2,200 mesmerizing performances. With a discography comprising eight full-length releases, they've also immortalized their artistry on vinyl from the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis, with "The Sun Session." A heartfelt tribute to KC soul singer Tony Ashley titled "Can't Put You Down" further underscores their musical diversity.

Notably, Grand Marquis has earned prestigious recognition as a finalist in The Blues Foundation International Blues Challenge, excelling in both performance and self-produced recording categories. About the series

Lenexa Parks & Recreation's Outdoor Concert Series takes place on select Sundays in May, June and September. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, pack a picnic dinner and enjoy a variety of live music in a lovely outdoor setting.
