Bids & Requests for Proposals

The City of Lenexa regularly requests equipment, materials or contractual services from outside vendors. Vendors should carefully read the bidding documents prior to submitting proposals. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining all bonds, insurance and other requested documents outlined in bid announcements.

Copies of plans, specifications, bidding documents, other contract documents and planholder lists can be downloaded from Drexel Technologies, Inc. Plan Room. This is a free service, but registration is required.
