Can staff show me how to use the fitness equipment?

Yes. Our fitness attendants would be happy to show you how to use our equipment. If you think you might need assistance learning more than one piece, please visit the fitness desk to schedule a free orientation.

What is the difference between Group X and Specialty classes?

Group X classes are the general group fitness classes listed on the Group X schedule. Specialty classes will be offered on a periodic basis and have a lower student-to-instructor ratio.

Group X classes do not require registration. Specialty fitness classes require registration. X Pass members receive Group X classes as part of their membership, and all others pay for the class at the front desk as a daily drop-in.
