We support 11 city departments and divisions and over 450+ full and part-time city employees. We are responsible for employee recruitment and selection, job classification and compensation, employee benefits administration, workforce training and development, employee policies, safety and workers’ compensation, talent management, employee relations, and the employee wellness program.
