Mandy Stuke was appointed to the Lenexa City Council in February 2011 and has been re-elected in all subsequent elections. Prior to her appointment, Mandy served more than six years as a member of the Lenexa Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
Mandy grew up in Lenexa and has always been an active volunteer in her community. In 2007, she served as the volunteer coordinator for Lenexa 100, a weeklong community celebration of the city’s centennial. In 2008, Mandy co-chaired Lenexa’s Vision 2030, a grass-roots-driven strategic visioning effort, which was developed as a result of the city’s commitment to community involvement and strategic planning. She served on the steering/planning committee and as a delegate to the 2010 All-American City Awards presentation. Serving as the chair of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce Executive Board in 2011, Mandy continues to be actively involved with Lenexa Chamber activities.
Mandy is a founder of “Bulk It” and she and her family live in Old Town Lenexa.
